
Recruitment Process Level 6-7: Monitoring & Return to PH

During your contract until your safe return home, you will be monitored by the Monitoring Team once or more within every three months. This is to ensure your health and condition abroad, in accordance with the guidelines of the Department of Migrant Workers.

PRE-ARRIVAL REQUIREMENTS
Here are the things you need for immigration when you're returning to the Philippines:
① Download the EGovPH App
The EGovPH App is the Philippines’ one-stop-shop platform for government services such as eTravel, PhilHealth, GSIS, SSS, and Pag-Ibig.
② Fill up your eTravel Form
Fill-up your eTravel 72 hours within your flight.First, input your passport details. Afterwards, click New Travel Declaration and add your travel details.Fill up the form and don't forget to screenshot your QR code which you will show to Immigration Officers.
Don't forget to bring your verified contract, alien card, vaccination certificates, and other relevant documents.

RETURN TO JAPAN

□︎ Passport (more than 6 months valid)
□︎ Alien o Residence Card
□︎ Verified Contract (2 copies)
□︎ Xerox of Vaccine Certificate
□︎ PhilHealth Form
□︎ Pag-Ibig Form
□︎ E-registration
□︎ PEOS Certificate
□︎ If available: old documents (ex. PDOS, contract, OEC, passport)
